Florence Ghiron set up CAPITAL HIGH TECH in 2003, after three years in Belgium as director-general of WSL, a business incubator specialising in engineering sciences. Prior to that, Florence Ghiron headed up the ‘Technology Management’ department of BERTIN Technologies, which, in association with STRATORG, is one of the leading French providers of marketing consultancy and innovation management.
Florence Ghiron is an expert at the European Commission and the European Space Agency and is often invited to take part in research groups for her excellent knowledge of SMEs operating in the aeronautics, space, telecoms and e-mobility sectors. She is an individual member of the European Commission’s Space Advisory Group, where she is in charge of preparing the Space component of the 7th Framework Programme. She leads research into new business models for high added technological-value service companies. She is a moderator of the ‘Navigation, Positioning, Telecoms’ area of strategic activity at the Aerospace Valley Hub. As a result of this and her 20 years of experience, she has excellent knowledge of the development issues currently facing SMEs and regions.

Yannick Ghiron has more than 20 years’ experience in aeronautics and consultancy provision.
Having started his career in organisational consulting, he joined the Safran group, where he variously held the posts of head of engineering for Hispano Suiza (equipment for jet engines), industrial director for Techspace Aéro in Belgium (subassembly for aeronautics and space), and director of the after-sales network in France for Turbomeca (world leader in helicopter turbines). He subsequently spent three years as director-general of Creuzet Aéronautique, an intermediate-sized enterprise of 700 people and a tier-1 Airbus supplier.
He joined CAPITAL HIGH TECH in 2010, where he has led development projects in collaboration with regional authorities and SMEs.
His experience has given him wide-ranging knowledge of the industrial sector, relationships between clients and contractors, and French and European collaborative projects. During his career, his has led numerous technological product and process developments.
Yannick Ghiron was an elected member of the Landes Chamber of Commerce and Industry in 2004 and 2008, and sponsored the master’s in aeronautics class of 2010 at ENSAM.
Caroline Busquet, Phd
Consultant in innovation management
After a master in fundamental physics, Caroline completed her training with a PhD in atom optics at the University of Bordeaux. Then she was a R&D engineer in a start-up.
Her professional experience conferred her strong technical skills related to atom optics. As a member of the consortium of Newton-g european project, Caroline confirmed her experience in managing research projects, particularly collaborative ones.
Her passion for topics related to new technologies and meetings with startups from all sectors reinforce her ability to support companies in their innovation process. This is why Caroline joined Capital High Tech in 2018 as a consultant in innovation management.
Within the company, Caroline performs the preparation of European collaborative project applications (Cleansky, Instrument PME, RIA), national ones (RAPID), as well as market or territorial studies. She is also Gecko project manager, a European project aiming at supporting authorities in the transition to new mobility era, by developing tools and recommendations for policy makers.
Senior Consultant, Business Market Developer
Engineer at the Brussels Superior Industrial Institute, MBA from Université Paris Dauphine University and the Université de Montréal with highest honors, Jean-Christophe Bajoit, has more than 20 years of operational experience in the industry. Lean Expert, he has managed several subsidiaries of major Groups such as Thomson, Schneider Electric, Plastic Omnium and Vinci. Passionate about innovation, he created his own consulting business in 2015 before joining Capital High Tech to contribute to its influence and development. Experienced in many fields such as automotive, composite materials, consumer and professional electronics, road sign infrastructures, Jean-Christophe has developed expertise in the Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS) sector. He is at the origin of the latest generations of road radars and he actively participated in the deployment of Ecotaxe project. He drove the realization of a prototype electric circuit car and designed a swapping charging system for electric bicycle fleets.
At CHT, Jean-Christophe carries out SME / ETI support missions in the fields of strategy and industrial organization. He coordinates and participates in the set-up of collaborative French and European R&D projects. He also carries out missions of support to local authorities in assistance to project management and animation of industrial sector.

After having been General Secretary within a small business for 7 years, Fabienne Croizet refined her financial skills and moved to the position of Controller of Management for 6 years in a Venture Capital Company dedicated to dual technologies. aeronautics / Space / Defense. It will bring its general expertise of the internal organizations of the Companies and will put in place a guideline of the administrative and financial management of the structure.
Then, during 8 years, it is the evolution of the scope of its administrative and financial responsibilities, which will make of it a true Business Partner. Today, it is building a more strategic and creative organization, but still plays its pivotal role of simplifying, automating and improving internal processes.
In constant search for consortium, it will bring its expertise in the development of administrative and financial management procedures and will deploy the necessary monitoring indicators to the federation of all stakeholders.

Maxime has 7 years of experience in setting up research projects and innovation strategies.
During his first experience within the Aerospace Valley competitiveness cluster (2012-2014), he specialized in the assembly of research projects, especially collaborative ones, and acquired an aeronautical and space technical culture.
After working mainly in the service of companies, he discovered the academic world at the Federal University Toulouse Midi-Pyrénées, in which he accompanies and advises researchers setting European projects in coordination (2015-2016).
He joined the public decoset (waste treatment) in 2016 with the mission to develop an innovation strategy, then joined Capital High Tech in 2018.
Alexandre is a physicist. Diplomed engineer from Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Physique de Grenoble, he holds a PhD in Physics, in the field of high-temperature superconductors and scanning probe microscopy. After his PhD, he joined the Geneva Creativity Center in Switzerland with the goal to create new innovative joint ventures between universities and local private companies. In 2014 he moved to Germany to gain experience in industry, as R&D engineer developing high-tech scientific instruments. Back home in 2019, he joined Capital High Tech in order to support and stimulate innovation in France.
